In this blog I am going to try and
combine - two - somewhat different
views of I guess you might call it
applications of differential geometry
to the issues of physical reality and
cosmology ?????
These two views are those expressed in
SuperCosmos - by Jack Sarfatti
and
The Road To Reality - by Roger Penrose
Quite simply the two books although on
closely related subjects are very different
and the simplest way to see that is Jack's
book is way shorter and another obvious difference
in that Roger's book is a bit easier to
understand....
First off I'm going to start with a glossary
of terms that are not clearly defined in
Supercosmos - and relate it back to
discussions in Road to Reality ....
This might make both books a bit more
generally accessible....
